Customer Manager
Be the person our business customers rely on, from first quote to repeat order.
What you'll do
- Own a book of business customers from first order through reorder: quotes, proofs, production updates and delivery.
- Answer inbound questions by phone and email and turn them into accurate quotes.
- Work with our factory team on artwork approval, scheduling and shipping.
- Spot reorder timing and upsell opportunities across bubble, poly and paper mailers.
- Keep customer records and order notes up to date in our CRM.
- Support our independent sales reps with quotes and order follow-up.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in account management, customer success or inside sales, ideally in packaging, printing or manufacturing.
- Clear, prompt written communication and comfort on the phone.
- Organized enough to juggle many open orders without dropping one.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM tools.
- Bonus: experience with print proofs, Pantone colors or flexible packaging.
