    Who we are

    Mailers HQ sells custom printed packaging made to order by our partner factory. We work with brands ordering a first run of a few thousand pieces and with buyers reordering every quarter.

    Every order gets a digital proof before production, and we answer quote requests quickly. That makes us an easy line to put in front of your customers.

    Commission

    5%

    of collected invoice value on new accounts you register with us. You're paid on what the customer pays, on every order from that account.

    Register a prospect in the rep portal. Once we accept it, the account is protected and tied to you. We won't hand it to another rep or go around you.

    Independent Sales Representative Agreement

    This agreement is between Mailers HQ (“Company”) and the applicant (“Representative”), effective when the application is submitted and accepted.

    1. Appointment

    Mailers HQ appoints the applicant as a non-exclusive independent sales representative for the products listed on the Mailers HQ website and price guides. The representative may carry other non-competing product lines.

    2. Protected accounts

    The representative may register prospective customers through the online portal. Once confirmed, that customer is protected for 12 months and renews while the customer places at least one order every 12 months. Existing Mailers HQ customers are house accounts and cannot be registered.

    3. Commission

    Mailers HQ pays 5% of the net invoice amount actually collected from the representative's protected accounts. Net invoice excludes separately billed shipping, taxes, duties, tariffs, credits, and refunds.

    4. Payment

    Commissions are paid monthly by the 15th of the month after customer payment is received. Commission paid on later refunds or credits will be deducted from future commissions.

    5. Pricing and acceptance

    Mailers HQ sets all prices, terms, and lead times. All orders are subject to acceptance. The representative cannot bind Mailers HQ, set prices, or make promises beyond information Mailers HQ provides.

    6. Company support

    Mailers HQ will provide quotes within one business day where possible, a sample kit, sales materials, and portal access for quotes, orders, and commissions.

    7. Representative responsibilities

    The representative will present the products honestly, follow the quoting process, keep Mailers HQ informed of customer needs and issues, and pay their own business expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    8. Independent contractor

    The representative is an independent contractor, not an employee, and is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and staff. Mailers HQ will issue a Form 1099 where required.

    9. Confidentiality

    The representative will keep pricing, factory information, customer lists, and other non-public information confidential during and after the agreement.

    10. Term and termination

    The agreement runs for 12 months and renews automatically. Either party may end it with 30 days' written notice.

    11. Commission after termination

    After termination, the representative will receive commission on orders from protected accounts placed within 90 days after termination and paid by the customer.

    12. Governing law

    The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
