A: We are Mailers HQ, a manufacturer of custom mailers such as custom bubble mailers and custom poly mailers. Our goal is to provide businesses with the tools they need to stand out in the mailbox and leave a lasting impression on their customers. We specialize in creating high-quality custom mailers that are both durable and visually striking, while also being able to print any design, logo or image on the mailers that match the customer brand's colors. Q: What are the minimum order quantities for custom mailers?

A: Our minimum order quantity for custom mailers is 500 pieces. However, depending on the specific product and customization, the minimum order quantity may vary. Our sales team will be able to provide you with an accurate quote based on your specific requirements.

Q: How long will it take to receive my custom mailers?

A: The lead time for custom mailers will depend on the complexity of the design and the quantity ordered. Typically, it takes around 10-13 weeks to produce and deliver your custom mailers after the final design has been approved. Our team will work with you to ensure that your custom mailers are delivered to you as soon as possible.

Q: What materials do you use to make your custom mailers?

A: We use high-quality materials to make our custom mailers, including a durable, waterproof poly material for our custom poly mailers, and a strong, puncture-resistant material for our custom bubble mailers. We are constantly researching new technologies and materials to ensure that our products remain at the forefront of the industry.

Q: Can you print my brand's colors on the mailers?

A: Yes, we are able to print any color, logo or image on the custom mailers that match your brand's colors. Our team of designers will work closely with you to ensure that your custom mailers perfectly reflect your brand and messaging.

Q: Do you have any certifications for your custom mailers?

A: Yes, our custom mailers are certified for mailing and shipping by the U.S. Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. This means you can be sure that your custom mailers will meet all the necessary mailing and shipping requirements.

Q: Can you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we can ship our custom mailers internationally to most countries. Our team will work with you to ensure that your custom mailers are delivered to your international customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Q: Are there any additional costs for customization?

A: The price for custom mailers will depend on the complexity of the design and the quantity ordered. However, there may be additional costs for certain types of customization. Our sales team will be able to provide you with an accurate quote based on your specific requirements. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and prices.

Q: Are all of your mailers 100% recyclable?

A: All of our poly mailers are 100% recyclable and made from recycled material. The exception would be for the Kraft paper bubble mailer, as it’s made of paper and plastic, this mix makes the mailer non-recyclable.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Mailer HQ office is open from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm Monday – Friday, Eastern Standard Time.

Q: Do you provide samples?

A: We are happy to provide a sample if available. There is a $10 charge per sample to cover the UPS costs. Samples will ship in approximately 2 days from time of sample request. Please contact customer service here at for a sample.

Q: What should I do if I receive damaged or shorted merchandise or if my order is lost in transit?

A: All claims for shortages or damaged material must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No Exceptions. All shipments to be claimed as damaged, must be signed for as Damaged Product. No Exceptions. Customers requesting replacement orders for damaged or lost in transit orders may be responsible for the original order and the replacement order should a claim be denied by the carrier and/or the original shipment is delivered. All customers that choose to ship products from Mailers HQ utilizing their own Carrier Accounts (UPS, FEDEX or Common Carrier) are responsible to contact their respective carriers in order to file for damage or shortage claims. Mailers HQ is not responsible for any damage or shortage claims when products are not shipped on a Mailers HQ Carrier Account. Customer specific Carrier Accounts will not provide information for 3rd parties to unauthorized personnel.

Q: Can I order over the phone?

A: Unfortunately, we need all orders to be in writing. In the case you do not want to order via the web site, you are welcome to contact customer service here.

Q: What payment options do you offer?

A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and most major credit cards.

Q: Can I pay by check?

A: Customers that have an established account with us can be set up with payment terms. To apply for an open account please fill out this credit application then contact customer service here. Once we have reviewed your credit application we will contact to you discuss payment terms. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request.

Q: I do not have a loading dock, is this a problem?

A: We can arrange special delivery for those customers who do not have a dock. You must tell us when placing your order so that we can make arrangements otherwise there may be additional fee added to your order. If your order is shipping via LTL to your home, you must also tell us when placing an order to avoid re-delivery fees because not all trucks are equipped to navigate residential streets. Please contact customer service here for freight estimate if your delivery requires special attention.

Q: I have very specific receiving hours, is this a problem?

A: This is not a problem. Please enter your receiving hours when placing your order. Please note that receiving hours must be at least a four hour window.

Q: I have forgotten my password, how do I recover it?

A: Please click forgot password on the login screen to reset your password.

Q: Do I have to create an account to order from Mailers HQ?

A: No, you are welcome to place an order as a guest.

Q: Is ordering from Mailers HQ online secure?

A: Mailers HQ protects you while you shop so there is no need to worry about credit card safety. We use SSL encryption to protect your online transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
